MANAGEMENT -Most of our clients have second homes in Valencia, which they rent out when they are not in town. We also act as Property Carers for owners in Valencia, who do not want rentals.

RENTALS – We work with the big providers like Booking.com and social media to obtain rentals for our clients.  We also have owners who prefer tocontrol the bookings themselves, in which case we provide the change-over and maintenance service only.

CHANGE OVERS – We provide a change-over service with our team of cleaners. After each stay, we run a maintenance check and bring in local tradesmen to ensure the property is properly maintained. If there is a big problem, we call in the insurers.

REFORMAS – We have over 15 years of managing reformas (refurbishments) in Valencia. It gets hot and humid in the summer and damp and cold in the winter, and you need to think about cooling and heating. You may have chosen your builder, but it is always worth getting a second opinion on the design. We can provide that second opinion. There is no charge for the first visit.
